Customer Review: don’t buy this toy!!
I downloaded all the information into the phone and then it started smoking. My husband took it apart and found the wires to light up barbies face were melting. He fixed that problem(he’s a computer guy) and then barbie would never call (parent sets up time to call) until last night at 10 pm. Okay, I thought I had made a mistake and told it p.m. instead of a.m. So today I went to redownload the info and I HAD put 10 am - 6 pm , went to download and this time smoke started coming out of the usb port at the back of the phone. I’m returning it today, what a piece of junk!
Customer Review: Product contains MERCURY
My husband bought this product for my 3 year old daughter from Target. After I had it set up, I noticed a sticker on the back that said “This product contains mercury - Please Dispose of According to State Laws.” Why is there mercury in a child’s product? Mercury is a known neurotoxin and exposure to it is especially dangerous to children - whose brains are still developing.

I can’t even throw this product in the trash because I would be in violation of environmental laws. And to think, this product was in the crib with my child.

This could be a really cute toy if it was SAFE for children to play with. [...]
